To boot from the NIL: device, you must use the MOUNT command with
the following entry in the MOUNTLIST:
NIL0:
Device = nil.device
Unit = 0
Surfaces = 0
BlocksPerTrack = 0
Reserved = 2
LowCyl = 0
HighCyl = 0
Buffers = 0
BufmemType = 0
GlobVec = -1
DosType = 0x4E494C00

NOTES:
The nil.device will be included in the Amoeba-10 release of WorkBench.
(a modified printer.device will be included to boot from printers too).
Note that even though there are no cylinders associated with the NIL0:
drive, you must allocate 2 for the boot block.
In addition, we are hard at work developing a mouse.device to boot from
the joystick/mouse port. Booting from the monitor is not possible due
to limitations of the support circuitry (only output, no input), so
a Monitor Bridge Card will be available soon.

IBM kind..8-)
