An Amiga user here in Columbus is interested in getting UseNet access and I reccommended either Portal or the Well, although I don't know anything about these. PORTAL is available from TELENET. For fee info, call your local Telenet access number and at the @ prompt type c portal. At logon type info and you will get a good demo and a chance to signup right there and use it. It is simple, inexpensive and the best sytem going for conferencing and e-mail through BITNET, UUCP and ARPA (DDN). I am biased, I am using PORTAL now.. If you do sign-up. Please say PCI sent you. (I am using this in Guam with a local phone call!)
