[comp.sys.amiga] DB23 connector for disk drive

koster@cory.Berkeley.EDU (David Ashley) (08/28/88)

Where can I get a DB23 connector for the disk drive on my A1000? I am in
the Bay Area, and would like to drive somewhere, but if mail-order is all
I have, I will use that.

Why,o why did Commodore see fit to make it nonstandard?

These opinions are my own and no one elses, but you knew that didn't you.

I used to work there, and when I did, their markup was typically
100% over cost.

This is not to say that they are bad store; in fact, they've got one
of nearly everything you could ever want or need, plus a few things besides,
which is not at all bad for an electronics shop in Marin county. It's just
that you might be able to find it elsewhere for cheaper.
