At least, if there is, I was told by everyone I contacted to purchase a J&K PAL Upgrade from CLtd. (I actually have LOTS of fun with mine. I hooked up 2 Starboards and it didn't work. So, I got the upgrade, took it to the shop (Loaned the soldering gun out for some unknown reason) and we tried it there. It wouldn't work yet, so we tried hooking them up to their shop box.
