After reading some postings here about the status of 1.3, I'm happy to inform you that for a few days, Commodore France has been selling Amiga (500 and 200 it seems) with 1.3 Kickstart. However, buyers were not told about it, and not every machine has the new KS. A rumour says that even Commodore France does not know which machine is under 1.3 or not.
