Hello all, Thanks for the replys about the VBlank interrupt timing idea, the Video Wall is underway... And Now... AMUC is looking for a BBS solution that is based in some way around the Amiga 2000. The catch is that we would like to have two phone lines into the BBS. It has been suggested by some that the AT Bridge Board would be a good solution, especially as it could be installed in any A2000 with free PC slots (lots of those around). There is one problem with this that we can see, this is what happens when the Amiga side is rebooted, say as the result of a GURU? In this case doesn't the PC get reset too? If this is the case is there a way of preventing the PC from resetting? It has also been suggested that we forget the bridge part of the Bridge Board idea and find a PC-accelerator type card that can just plug into one of the empty PC slots and then get the necessary peripherial cards to put a complete, independent AT in the case of a 2000 without coupling it to the Zorro buss. The question is: is this feasible? Do such cards actually exist? Where can we get one? How much? Just where are a snakes arm pits anyway? Stephen Vermeulen Author: Express Paint Chairman: AMUC.
