[net.general] Another joint conference

Well, it seems that San Diego will be another joint conference with
/usr/group.  Some people had told me that they had been promised by
various people on the "board" of Usenix that this would not happen
again, after Boston.  Had this issue been considered in an open forum
and I missed it (Boston had a busy schedule)?
