The parallel port on my 2000, which was working, seems to have croaked. Symptom is that the low order bit is stuck at 0. Could someone who has the correct schematics for the 2000 (which the little sheet that came with my manual tells me I don't) please tell me what buffer or driver chip might be at fault? I'd really rather not ship this baby off for who knows how long just to have somebody pop one chip out and shove another in. Thanks very much for any help you can give!
