Hiya, even more questions from the soon-to-be owner of an Amiga... 1. HD controllers. A person I trust rather automatically (Peter da Silva) has recommended that I get a 2090A, 1.3 roms, etc. Anybody have a *really* good reason why I shouldn't? (Like: the only hd's that work with it cost $1k/1Mb storage, or something equally silly. :-) 2. A person over at Microware claims that an Australian company has released OS-9 for the Amiga. Anybody know anything about this? Look, more questions: 3. If I get a video digitizer, do I need lots of RAM and/or HD to make it usefull? I have a choice between money for a digitizer/frame grabber, and money for a hard drive. :-) -- "Imitation is the sincerest form of Television." - Mighty Mouse (and R. Bakshi) J. I was informed that OSK does exist "down under" for the Amiga, but the fellow that ported it only has the license to sell the 'professional' version - rther than the personal version. The difference? About $400. My suggestion is that if you're an OS-9 junkie, get filthy rich and wait for the 2500UX and Unix - "the real thing". - Greg GregM@Cup.portal.com
