[comp.sys.amiga] 1.3 Kickstart ROM

I just got the 1.3 Enhancer software and in it it says that the 1.3 Kickstart
ROM is available only through an authorized service center and the ROM will
be installed at the service center.  I don't like this.  I know that there
are a lot of Amiga owners like me who are more than capable in installing their
own roms.  Furthermore, I don't understand why they are not being sold
through every Amiga dealer.
