#N:uiucdcs:9700015:000:436 uiucdcs!kolstad Oct 18 21:08:00 1982 Has anyone identified and/or repaired the problem that uucp (nee uucico) uses only about 20% of the available bandwidth of a 1200 baud phone line? Seems to be most of the time setting for the file xfers -- the actual data seems to fly back and forth. If not -- I intend to set up a slightly modified ptrace that tells real time.
