Computer with a modem can replace a TELEX system, do you know of implementation of a FAX machine on any computer ? The Amiga would be a good choice for such a use thanks to its graphic performances. It would be possible to send almost any where in the world computer generated graphics without going through a printed copy, keep a data-base of the all the received and sent FAXs and so one and so forth..... Do you know of scanner devices (Cheap) running on Amiga's ? D. Perret-Gallix

I don't know of anything for the Amiga, but there are several fax boards available for the PC-clones. They allow you to send text and graphics files to fax machines. They allow you to receive graphics from fax machines (text comes in as scanned graphics). --Fabbian Dufoe 350 Ling-A-Mor Terrace South St. Petersburg, Florida 33705 813-823-2350 UUCP: ...codas!usfvax2!jc3b21!fgd3 ...uunet!pdn!jc3b21!fgd3
