I have a starboard with 1 meg and the multifunction module. With cost per
byte expected to be dropping on the 1 meg chips, will Microbotics produce
a daughter board that can handle the 1 meg chips?
Before you think that this may not be cost effective, think about this.
With more memory on a chip, I could get a daughter board for my 1 meg
256K chip StarBoard that could increase the system RAM to 5.5 MB. 0.5MB
in machine, 1.0MB of 256KB Microbotics, 4.0MB of 1MB daughterboard.
Even if the daughter board for the 1 MB chips costs twice as much as the
basic daughterboard, I would buy it just to be able to go to 5.5 MB.
Is this possible, are there plans, I WANT ANSWERS!!!!!!
