1. I am currently trying to rewrite a MUD from the unix enviroment to the Amiga enviroment, but the biggest problem is that I must have the MUD running in a CLI window. This is because I dont want to open a custom screen to handle input/output because I want to use the RS232 port as well (eg. newcli AUX:). But Now comes the problem, I cant find a way to turn of echo in the CLI window, so everything i write is repeated by the MUD program after a while... So can anyone tell me how to turn of echo in a normal cli window (and I would love to turn it back when I am finished with the program :-) 2. Because the adventure is supposed to be multiuser I would like to use the serial card on my bridgeboard as well, but I cant find any hard facts about how to communicate with the bridgeboard from the Amiga side, and how to communicate with the Amiga from the Pc side... Can anyone give me some source code and/or some header files.. ( And some information about the Janus handler in general had been nice ) Ronny Hansen.
