The A2000 hard disk review in this month's AC mentions that you can format RAD: to use the FFS, and doing so makes it MUCH faster. I tried this and found that only the guru was faster. I've been using the default 1.3 mountlist entry for RAD:, and I just did something like MOUNT DRIVE RAD: NAME RAD FFS. I also tried editing the mountlist entry to add filesystem = FFS, and that didn't help. So how do you do this? -Peter Schachte "Clean water? Don't forget the 'GlobVec = -1' entry so that it doesn't try to act in a BCPL manner. -larry -- "Intelligent CPU?
