Since I am using a new release of the A2090 driver software (hddisk), every time I reboot with C-A-A and only hit the three keys, my SCSI drive will not respond after reboot. The binddrivers succeeds, but the first access will cause the system to hang, with the drive LED on. If I reboot by pressing the keys for at least a second, everything works fine. Obviously the HD needs some time at reboot. BTW, a power-up "reboot" will also in 2 out of 3 times fail. I did not have this problem with the old hddisk driver, but as that one produces false read-write errors, I'd rather use the new one and bite the bullet, if there is no other solution to my problem. -- Lars Soltau UUCP: ...uunet!unido!sns!space BIX: -- no bucks -- Here's looking at you, kid! -- the Medusa
