I was wondering - does anyone know which coin-op games are using the Amiga? I know Taito has signed a contract with Commodore, and that Operation: Wolf is one of these Amiga-powered games. Are there others? What are their names? In the December AmigaWorld, in the Buyer's guide, (No, no, *After* the Hors D'oeuvres where some nut starts off by saying "Amiga Basic has one of the best editors around, but...") there is the Microsoft C Optomizing Compiler 5.0 and Microsoft Quick C. Does anybody have any more definite info on these? I hate to think that I actually learned something from AmigaWorld *first*. I would guess they wouldn't market a $500 compiler without CodeView, right? 'Course, I don't know if that's good or bad. If the $99 Quick C has CodeView, I'd have to say that's good. On the other hand, if Microsoft does as good a job on their C compiler for the Amiga as they did on AmigaBasic, that's bad. On the other hand, if this is vaporware, or some bad joke, that's bad. Or maybe good. See above. -- --- Eric Kennedy ejkst@cisunx.UUCP
