Have you ever seen really good artwork produced on a color graphics terminal? I don't mean industrial parts or electronic circuitry or something like that, but ART, as in artist. Do you think that the person responsible for that art was simply a very good hacker, or, more likely, that s/he was an artist first (possibly a fine arts student/graduate) that saw the light and then learned to use computer graphics as a new medium? I think that not only can non-techinal people benefit themselves from a knowledge of computers, but in the case of excellent artwork, we all can benefit. floyd!danoc BTL Whippany, NJ
