[Heeeerrrre.... line eater. Here boy!] Hey folks, I have a friend who just bought a GVP 2000-2 HD controller with a 40 Meg Quantum Drive. A service technician here in town told him that when his 1.3 Kickstart ROM comes in and it's installed that he'll have to reformat his drive. Is this true? This just doesn't seem to make any sense to either one of us. Why would he have to reformat his drive to install the Kickstart ROM and the GVP Eproms?
