I am looking to expand the memory on my A1000. I don't really want to shell out the big bucks for a 2000. My question is, just what can the 2000 do that the 1000 cannot? I'd like to get for the time being 2 megs total- I have 512k currently. In the future I might like to go further w/ the mem expansion. Would it be safe to buy memory expansion for the 1000 in the hopes that it will be compat with the new hardware being manufactured for the 2000? If I DO go with the 1000, what's the best way to upgrade memory? What's the most RAM for the $$? What kind of things should I look out for (like auto-config, etc.)?? If someone could answer some of these questions for me I would be eternally gratefull. Thanks, -GEA
