Someone mentioned that they had no problems with MEI 5 1/4" disks. Either MEI has cleaned up their act or said person was very lucky. About a year ago I ord ered 100 DS/DD 5 1/4" disketts from them. So far about 1 in 7 or 8 disketts wi ll not format. About half will format but with bad sectors. The reason I say "so far" is that i seldom use them for anything unless it's just for a scratch disk. I just recently bought 100 DSDD 3.5 " diskettes. They were good, 100% I have several friends who bought disks from them also and they had no problems.
