Well, grrrrrrrrronk - groooooonk, I finally broke down and grrrrrrrrronk, bought Aa - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrronk - argh. A very nice g - gr - gro - gronk - ame. Great graphics, and awesome gronk, grrrronk anima - gronk -tion. However, every time I change grrrrrrrrrrrrrrronk levels, I have to sit and listen to my grrronk vintage A1000 disk drive gronk and gronk and gronk. (I just know it's gonna blow up someday!). So - I copied the whole thing into VD0: - (I've got 2.5 megs ram:). Then I started it up - title screen comes up, Yeah! - oops, program exits. Damn. Anybody know how to get this thing to run out of ram:? Gee, I've been resisting any commenting on pirating/copy-protection and all that other drivel, but I've got to say this: 1) I don't care if a game is copy protected. 2) I don't even care if it doesn't multitask. (I only play games anyway ;-) BUT - I've got 2.5M of ram:, at LEAST let me run it from memory. I don't care if I have to insert the original disk, just as long as I can run the whole thing without waiting for disk accesses. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~ David Geary, Boeing Aerospace, ~ ~ #define Seattle RAIN ~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
