Does anyone know how to make a back up (for my own "just in case" copy.) of Flight SimulatorII? I have Quicknibble- so far I have been able to copy the prg, but it only runs in "demo mode". Apparently, the entire disk gets copied excepting some disk errors which the software looks for when it runs. When the errors are not found, it simply runs the demo. Anyone out there been able to make a backup yet?? --GEA

I have Quicknibble- so far I have been I used 'diskcopy'. Sublogic stopped using copy protection on FSII. I forget offhand if it was a free upgrade (and bug fix!!) or if it was something like $3 or $5. Perhaps you should call Sublogic and find out how to get the fixed and unprotected version. -- Eric Kennedy ejkst@cisunx.UUCP

The update is not copy protected. ...Roger... Roger Holmstedt | "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum roger@cup.portal.com | and villiany... If you don't have the current version call SubLogic for instructions. (They'll probably tell you to mail in your original disk and wait for the new one to arrive.) Their telephone number is 217-359-8482. You can write them at 713 Edgebook Drive, Champaign, IL 61820. --Fabbian Dufoe 350 Ling-A-Mor Terrace South St. Petersburg, Florida 33705 813-823-2350 UUCP: ...codas!usfvax2!jc3b21!fgd3 ...uunet!pdn!jc3b21!fgd3
