Montgomery Grant, Inc. (a NYC mail order vendor) is offering an Amiga 500 "RGB Color Package", with an "RGB color monitor" (unnamed but probably the bottom-of-the-line $199 Magnavox), "all power supplies and cables", and "FREE (sic) software", for $759, or with the 1084S monitor for $829, or (and this is where I get confused) with the 1084S monitor and 1010 3.5" drive for $1029. (What kind of drive would come with the $759 package?) Anyway, the prices look a little better than what I've seen in the stores (haven't looked closely at the two Fast Forward deals however) and I'm wondering if it would be worth it to order from this outfit.
