Format is <x>roff, using any standard macro package.  Please include
an appropriate print command as the first line of the text.

I will use a Versatek (sigh...)  as printer and hope for the best.

Unfortunately, it will still (double-sigh) be necessary for
me to have a written permission to print for each contribution,
but that can wait until I have accepted a final text.

Standard rules apply: 10 pages max... etc -- see any SIGNot
for details.

Remember to have your FULL MAILING ADDR (+(optionally)netaddr)
on the front page somewhere.
