[comp.sys.amiga] More on non-bottlenecked testing

I think maybe I didn't make two things very clear in my proposal:

1. Turnaround time for testing is 2 weeks or less.

2. Page doesn't test anything himself. [HEARE THAT, EVERYONE?]
   Testing is done by the volunteer testers.
