[ "It's about time!" -- Me ] Since Bob Page took over comp.sources.amiga and comp.binaries.amiga, he has been using what is now a standard set of archiving headers. This made it easy for me to begin automatically archiving those groups, as I had already been doing with several other newsgroups. Now these archives are available for access via anonymous ftp. Archives of the amiga groups, as well as those of comp.sources.games, comp.sources.misc, comp.sources.unix (starting with volume10) and comp.sources.x are available via standard anonymous ftp from: Host: XANTH.CS.ODU.EDU Address: [128.82.8.1] Login: anonymous <= MUST be in lower case! Password: (your login name) Directory: /usenet Most if not all of the files are compressed, so you will probably want to use "binary" mode when transferring files. These archives are automatically updated as new material arrives, so if you missed something you should be able to get it here.
