I am trying to find a (preferably PD) version of
SMALLTALK and PROLOG. If anyone knows of such a package
that is possibly available via anonymous FTP could you please
E-MAIL me the address.
If anyone knows of production version of either package
I would also like to find out about them (Price, vendor, and
performance).

See Fish Disk 37 for Little Smalltalk. This is Smalltalk--The Language,
not Smalltalk--The Environment. Little Smalltalk is a line-oriented
system, but comes with complete source code in C.
It is not Public Domain, but is freely distributable.
