A little while ago I complained a bit about support from CBM here in The Netherlands, I got one very serious respons that gave me hope something would change in the near future, and it did ! At least for *getting* certain CBM-Amiga products that is. The 'support' I haven't checked yet. The 2090A,the 1.3 KS ROM's and the 1.3 software upgrade are hitting the stores around March one. The 2620 card is not in stock yet but you can let them put your name on a list. Just to let you know how things are going here, I'm not all that negative.
