[comp.sys.amiga] Bear Time clock kit

beh@caen.engin.umich.edu (Bob Hruska) (01/25/89)

I was looking through an old Amazing Computing (Vol. 3 No. 6 6/88) and I saw
a review of the Bear Time clock kit for A1000's. I called the number
listed in the article and got a recording to call another number. That
number had a recording saying it was disconnected. Does anyone have
any information on Bear Products? (They also make RAM boards, and used to be
called BareBoards, I think)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Bear Products is indeed defunct (I drove up to their former front door).
According to an unreliable source, they (Gene, Bill & Lyle) had differing
oppinions as to whether to stay small or try to go big time. I, for one,
wish they were still in business. I have 4M 256kx1 ram chips waiting for
some way to mate with my A500.
