Help! How do I read the Microbotics clock on its StarDrive controller? The problem is, the software that comes with it (startime) uses timing loops which run too fast with an accelerator board (even with the cache off). I called microbotics, and was unable to get any help at all. The "tech" support guy just read this to me SIX TIMES!!!!: "Microbotics products are designed to work with a base amiga. We have no intention of modifying our product to work with a non-standard configuration" or maybe he wasn't reading, but just used to saying it a lot. Oh well. Anyway, I've still got a clock that I can't read with my computer in 68020 mode. ( I have a lucas board with the 68000 switch hack ) No, It's not a noise problem, I've fixed that. The combination works flawlessly together in every other way. Since Microbotics refuses to support we users who paid $700.00 for their board and just happen to have "nonstandard" amigas, how do I write a program to read the clock myself? The stardrive clock is not the same as the Multifunction module clock; their software is not compatible. Many thanks in advance -Vince Lee
