Just got a My-T-Mouse today for my A2000. This is a 3 button mouse for the Amiga but not the optical type like the Boing!. I really like this mouse. There's no descernible click-click and it's very sensitive to the touch. It also firmly screw-attaches to the mouse port. I got it from Abel Supply (the oft-maligned, but for me efficient) for only $35 (list is about $60, I think). My-T-Mouse is from Performance Computer Products and distributed through Southern Technologies in Dallas. Bill Farmer University of Arkansas

Question time: 1) How sturdy are the mouse buttons? Are they real leaf switches, like the Boing! and Sun mice, or are they bubble-type switches like that found in the standard Amiga mice? There is a big difference in quality, and the reason I would like to upgrade is that the buttons on my Amiga mouse have deteriorated considerably since I purchased my machine (late 86). 2) Does the mouse plug into a port where you can't "screw it in", say the mouse port on the A1000? -- Michael Portuesi / Information Technology Center / Carnegie Mellon University INET: mp1u+@andrew.cmu.edu / BITNET: mp1u+@andrew UUCP: ...harvard!andrew.cmu.edu!mp1u+ "I'm very sorry, Master, but that WAS the backup system" -- Slave
