[net.general] MCNC logins

	MCNC had disk problems Tuesday (11/16). As a result the
Csh was broken and many users could not log on. This problem was
fixed. In addition, the C-compiler was messed up, it was replaced
with a copy from another MCNC machine. Please report any other
strange behaviour to mcnc!(jte,crt,pbr).
