If anyone has performance data on SCSI controllers for the 1000, I'd appreciate it if you would either e-mail me the info or post it to the net. What I'm looking for is diskperf data and your experience with the controller. Also does anyknow if CLtd's new SCSI controller will be manufactured for the 1000. I can always hope, can't I?? Yes, Cltd's new SCSI controller the Koronos will be manufactured for the A1000.
They are also allowing persons with other controllers to "trade up" for their
controller and $150 I think it was. Folks who have a Cltd controller can
trade it in for $100 and get the new controller. This info comes from my
conversation with Cltd just last week. The controller PCB layout is complete
and production should be started by now. I am not connected with Cltd other
than a happy customer.

I talked with C. Ltd. a couple of days ago. It appears that we must wait
even more for the new controllers - early March was what I was told. Sigh.
One of these days I'll figure out how to fill in the 'Summary' field without
screwing up the display really bad. 8-)
