Does anyone know if there exists a zoo for a UNIX machine? When I FTP amiga zoo files to my VAX account, I would like to be able to at least list the files in the archive and remove some, if necessary. (Recently I downloaded tychoid.zoo from xanth and the archive package included projector, which I already had, and at 1200 baud probably added ten or more minutes to the download.) And if posting this to another newsgroup might be better, please let me know... Thank you. -Jonathan Segal JAS segal2%husc4@harvard.ARPA segal2@husc4.harvard.edu segal2@husc4.UUCP segal2@HARVUNXU.BITNET ..{seismo, harpo, ihnp4, linus, allegra, ut-sally}!harvard!husc4!segal2 segal@harvarda.BITNET

You were so close! UNIX Zoo is available on xanth as well in /pub/zoo-2.01/. (That's xanth.cs.odu.edu:/pub/zoo-2.01/ if you're keeping score). Don't forget to use binary mode! (Perhaps I should put that in my .signature?) ...tad
