Hi. I currently own an A1000 with 2.5 meg of memory. Unfortunately my 2 meg expansion box is unreliable. It causes spontaneous system crashes and a host of other problems. All 2 meg of chips are good, so I'd like to get a bare 2 meg (or more) expansion board that actually works. What I need is an expansion box with a pass thru buss, or an internal board. It must accept a full 2 meg of -> 256k <- chips, not 1 meg chips. I know roughly what's available but lack information on reliablility, etc ... If you own a board that fits the above description, I'd appreciate a short note telling me how it's been working for you. If you've had problems with one, I'd REALLY like to hear from you. Don't bother posting to the net, if I get enough requests I'll post a summary in a few weeks.
