Hello!
I have been using Z-Modem for doing file transfers from home to the
colleges VAX ever since I got ahold of the Z-Modem RZ/SZ programs for
the VAX... it has always worked great except for lately where the Z-Modem
protocol is not working at all! I am assuming this is because of an
upgrade software wise that is being made on the VAX with the TCP/IP software.
I am assuming this because uploads will Timeout and downloads will dump
me into TCP Gateway Server.
1) Is this a timing problem between the Amiga and the new system
software on the VAX... if so what is the fix, if any?
2) Are there are other decent protocols that are both available
for VAX and compatible with TCP/IP and Amiga? If so, could
some nice soul flood my directory here with any and all?!?!?!
