Just a quick public acknowledgement to some folks who helped undo some of my VT100 problems. Per their recommendations I moved to VT100Ver2.8, and sure enough, now I can handle extended packets, the environment is better behaved and I get more information on the status of transfers. Thanks to Keith Mancus, Joe Piazza, Tom Limoncelli and Pat Palmer. Also Pat, thanks for the help on the Alpha listing. It worked fine. Regards, Jerry P.S.
