[Die LineEater! Die!]
I've just gotten involved in a Cable TV project for the
display of weather maps. The weather maps will be capture
with a frame-grabber under C-program control, shipped over
to the Cable station via fast modem, and displayed on Cable.
So far, so good. I need to automate all of this. AREXX can
do the job nicely. All I need is:
A) A comm program which can be controlled via AREXX.
B) An iff display program which can be controlled
via AREXX and has a smooth change between pictures.
This is all going to be run on two Amiga 500's. And be a
whole lot cheaper than you think...
If you have any information on the above (and the location
of a good iff-picture grabber routine...) I would be
extremely grateful.
Long Live the /Amiga!
