Thanks to all who replied. I discovered that only one employee of Software Etc. really knew what she was talking about: the manager! I ended up calling Triton and asking about the status of BZ and was told that it had been shipping for months. Armed with this, I called back Software Etc. and told them this. I happened to be talking to the employee who had told me that it had not been released, and he admitted to not knowing what I was asking for. I then talked to the manager. She told me that they did not have it in stock, but could order it and it would be available for me to pick up in about a week. Triton wanted ~$50 for it, but Software Etc. only wanted ~$32 (mail-order prices). It seems that as long as you KNOW what you want, it is possible to order it.
