1.4 wish: Fix Delete and DiskDoctor!
My external 3.5" drive recently died (R.I.P.) and so I created
a new compiler disk I could use to some extent without
fliping floppies. This was done with excessive use of DELETE.
Then I copiedd over the compiler+includes. Shortly thereafter
I rebooted the disk before it finished a write :-(.
I diskdoctored it. Guess what? It recovered most of the files
I had deleted. THe problem is that the new files occupied the
same blocks as the old ones. I got zillions of errors
	indicating keys used multiple times.
Delete ought to mark files as definitally deleted, and not
just lost in the sea of blocks. Then diskdoctor could
repair things more intelligently, and allow you to recover
deleted files *if* you ask it to.

Is the trade-in deal to go from A1000 to a 2000 still being offered?
My local Amiga Dealer said "they" could give me 300-400$$ for my
1000 with monitor. That doesn't sound like such a deal.

this is kind of a repost: I have now found myself in
the market for upgrading my A1000 (*finally* :-)). I want
to either trade up to a 2000+2megs total+>=20megs hardrive, or
upgrade my 512k amiga with an additional 2megs+>=20meg hardrive.
Any recommendations? Opinions? Any good/bad experiences with companies
or specific products?
I will forward any info I receive to anyone who asks.

thanks for your help!
