I just installed ARP 1.3 as my standard operating system, but I'm having some problems with ASH. Before I start an Ashell in my startup-sequence, I do a 'conman -c' (conman ver 1.3). Then, to start the ashell, I do a : 'ashell from s:shell-startup con:0/1/640/199/shell' . This works beautifully, but if I try to start another shell by typeing 'ashell' or 'ashell con:////', etc ... It opens the new window, then fails to give a prompt. It takes input, that is anything you type appears in the window, but it fails to respond to it in any way. Other than that, it doesn't seem to affect system operation. Also, 'newcli' seems to work normally. It's not a major problem, but I'd really like to be able to open more than one Ashell. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Steve Ludtke stevel@tybalt.caltech.edu ..!cit-vax!tybalt.caltech.edu!stevel stevel@citiago (Bitnet) OBS949 (Amer PPl lnk) 72335,1537 (Compuserve) XJM16487 (Genie)
