[comp.sys.amiga] Wanted: English-version of MSDOS

11tstark@GALLUX.GALLAUDET.EDU (Timothy Stark) (04/19/89)

Hello,

I had MSDOS software from one of Fred Disk series. I did not understand
what MSDOS said. It looks like German language. Does anyone have English
version of MSDOS? If so, can you send me it? I will appericate that you
send me a copy of it. Please do not ask me for buy Dos2dos package because
I am poor student at University. If it is copyrighted, forget it.

I had another question for you... I am looking for MSDOS alogrithms
to read/write MSDOS track/sectors on Amiga disk drive. Can you send me that
them? If so, I will apperaciate that. I asked you for the same thing many
times but you will not response or send me it. Is it avaliable at anonymous
FTP, on-line services (GEnie, and PeopleLink only), etc? Do not ask me for
Amiga disk drive: inside and out programs. They are boring for me.
However, I have two volumes of Amiga Handbook (one for routines, and one
for operating system.) and AmigaDOS manual (Bantom Puslisher).

Thanks!

P.S. I developed a program called MS for my Commodore 128 and 1571 disk
drive. It worked successfully. MS allowed to read MSDOS diskettes from
1571. It was written in C language but I plan to convert to machine language
for faster operations. I will release it soon.
