I just installed ARP V1.3 on my system disk, and found that ARes does not work with More v3.27 from AmigaDOS 1.3. It worked perfectly with AmigaDOS 1.3 Resident, (it claims to be reentrant, and has never crashed on me) yet ARes insists that the checksum has changed and refuses to use the resident copy. Is there any way to fix this? I use more extensively, and would prefer to keep it resident... Me too. I've lately been using the undocumented NOCHECK switch when I ARes
AmigaDOS 1.3 More, and haven't had any checksum complaints since (nor have
I had any crashes or gurus, lucky me). But it would be nice to know what
was going on.
Of course the NOCHECK switch is undocumented only because the *&$&&^$#)!
documentation hasn't been released yet. Soon perhaps? That too would
be nice.

I have posted about a similar problem concerning MORE and the
ASyncRun() call provided in the ARP library over in the .tech section.
Possibly these two problems are related?
