I have been having problems getting the 1.3 "more" to work with the ARP 1.3 "ares". The first time more is used, it works fine. The next invocation (and those following) brings up a requester saying something about the more command having an incorrect checksum. If "cancel" is selected, more will execute as usual. If more is removed from the ares list, more works fine again. Has anyone else had this problem? I tried a brief experiment of using the 1.3 resident for more and the ARP 1.3 ares for everything else; it seemed to work o.k., but the docs included with ARP 1.3 seem to suggest that mixing ares and resident is a bad thing. BTW, I am using the ARP 1.3 AShell, if that makes any difference. -- Terry Gaetz -- gaetz @ uwovax.uwo.ca -- gaetz @ uwovax.BITNET "Sir, I bear a rhyme compelling, In Mystic Force and Magic Spelling,..."
