[net.general] lament for a lost connection

This note is from !nsc!katic, an enthusiastic net user.  As of Friday, 10 Dec
I will no longer be on the net.  I am changing jobs and my new employer does
not use VAXen.

I would like to thank all of you out there in net land for the many hours of
enjoyment that you have given me with the notes, item, arguments, flames, etc.
