[net.general] nap

	I'm looking for the source to the nap() system call.  We have
a few applications that would benefit from it.  Currently, they
must use a combination of sleep() and null loops (Arghh).
If you call it by another name, it is the system call that sleeps in
multiples of 1/60 sec.  This may be a good thing to post to
net.sources.  We run 4.1bsd.
