My ancient 1080 monitor died and I want to buy a multisync to replace
it. I would have bought the MultiSync II but it has been replaced
with the IIA which does NOT support 15 KHz sweep rate or so I
understand. I would like to know if anyone has used the 3D or if it
will work(with the appropriate cable of course) at all. I would not
like to shell out lots of bucks and be stuck with something that will
not work.

He says that it works great, plus it understands an interlace signal (something that many multisyncs don't handle properly). It syncs from 15-38KHz, so it should be fine with the ECS (when released) or with a flicker fixer. Dave -- Dave Thomas, Commodore Amiga Test Engineering UUCP ...{allegra,rutgers}!cbmvax!thomas
