I would like to put my 1080 back on the 1K, so I am looking for a new monitor for the A2000(B4.2). Since we are going to have a new chip set in the future, I would like to be sure that I do not select something that is incompatable with the expanded modes. Ergo, I thought I would solicit help and recommendations from those knowledgable persons on the net about multi-scan rate monitors. I know of the following: NEC Multisync-2A, and Mitsubishi Diamond Scan. The Diamond Scan has the advantage of a NTSC input, as well as being slightly less expensive (not enough to worry about though). Does anybody have any experience with these or any other monitors? Are these going to work with the new chips? Input, I need Input! 8^) Please E-Mail your responses to dbk@teroach.UUCP or mcdphx!teroach!dbk (or just use that 'r' key :^) ). I will be happy to E-mail a summary of responses to interested parties. | // GOATS - Gladly Offering All Their Support Dave Kinzer (602)897-3085| | // >> In Hell you need 4Mb to Multitask! << uunet!mcdphx!teroach!dbk | | \X/ #define policy_maker(name) (name->salary > 3 * dave.salary) |
