I have posted the results of my inquiry on available UNIX device drivers to the newsgroups net.sources and net.unix-wizards, with an expiration date of March 1 (so it will hang around for a while). It is quite large (1.3K lines, 44K bytes), but I hope it will make it everywhere. The article ID is ittvax.562; If for any reason it doesn't appear on USENET systems in your neighborhood, mail me and I will mail it back to you.
